As an undergraduate, Adrian Bonenberger (DC ’02) was a writer, editor, and ultimately Publisher of YRC. He’s a longtime believer in The Yale Record, and the potential of satire to hold the powerful accountable.

Liz Kingsley '19
Liz Kingsley was Chair of the Record from 2017-2018 after serving as a staff writer and then an editor. As Chair, she initiated the annual 24-Hour Issue and produced the Humorist of the Year Award in 2018. Having aged into an Old Owl, she now works professionally with other Old things: buildings. She is disappointed to learn they don't laugh back.

Michael Gerber '91
Michel Gerber was the first two-time Chairman in the history of The Record, and refounded The Yale Record Corporation in 2002. After a 35-year career in professional comedy, including SNL and The New Yorker, he currently runs The American Bystander.

Arnav Tawakley '24
Arnav Tawakley was Publisher in '22-'23, where he oversaw the 150th Anniversary Gala, combed through magazine archives, and performed regular standup with the Cucumber. He values the Record as a place where Yale's history and traditions can combine with a forward-looking vision.

Vicky Liu '19
A proud Canadian and lover of bespectacled owls, Vicky served as Publisher of the Record from 2017-2018. Prior to her role as Publisher, Vicky was the 2016-2017 Business Manager and a 2015-2016 Online and Publicity Staff Member.

Ralph Hirshorn '60
Yale Record Controller 1957–1960. Established Yale Film Society in 1957. Winner of The Ralphie, which should have been New Haven’s most prestigious film award, for the Yale Film Society–produced The End of Summer, which also won the Screen Producers Guild Award in 1960. Yale Daily News film critic.
